Jeff Bridges Says 'All the Guys in Nashville' Are Using Suno

Academy Award-winning actor and musician Jeff Bridges introduced comedian Theo Von to AI music platform Suno during a recent episode of Von’s podcast, This Past Weekend, demonstrating how the tool can generate fully produced songs from simple prompts. While calling the technology "very frightening," Bridges also suggested its adoption has already spread deep into professional music circles.

"All the guys in Nashville are using it now," Bridges said. "Instead of going into the studio and paying, you know, $10,000, they can do this for nothing, man."

The moment is another sign that generative AI music has reached mainstream cultural conversation — not through a product launch or lawsuit, but via one of the world's most recognizable actors casually treating AI songwriting as part of today's creative toolkit. It also places Suno in front of Theo Von's massive audience, further expanding awareness of AI music beyond creator communities.
